1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and gt98 (the "Operator").

2. Eligibility

To register and use gt98's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. gt98 strictly enforces these requirements to comply with applicable regulations and to ensure a safe gaming environment for all users:

• You must be a resident or currently located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a gt98 employee involved in platform operations.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly forbidden.

gt98 may request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with gt98, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• All registration information must be truthful and must match the identity documents you will later provide for verification.
• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• gt98 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• gt98 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You must submit valid photo ID and supporting documents when requested.

Any attempt to register with false information, use another person's identity, or circumvent the KYC process constitutes a serious breach of these terms. gt98 reserves the right to permanently ban any account found to be in violation and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gt98 supports a range of local payment methods trusted by Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international options such as Visa and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Payments page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in order to prevent money laundering.
• gt98 reserves the right to impose a processing time of up to 5 business days for withdrawal requests, subject to KYC verification status.
• All transactions are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka ৳). Any currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

gt98 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside gt98's control. Players are encouraged to review their chosen provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses by creating additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• gt98 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins winnings may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to hedge betting, low-risk gameplay, or coordinated exploitation — may have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their accounts permanently closed. gt98 uses automated risk systems to detect and flag unusual betting patterns.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
